01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and hi baji. By accessing the hi baji platform, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full.

If you are using hi baji on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms. Hi baji reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility

To register and use hi baji, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are accessing hi baji from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering your account.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from hi baji or any affiliated platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of a hi baji employee.

Hi baji reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately and any funds held may be forfeited pending investigation.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account on hi baji. Duplicate accounts are not allowed under any circumstances. If multiple accounts are detected linked to the same person, device or payment method, hi baji reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any pending withdrawals.

When registering on hi baji, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, email address and phone number. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Hi baji will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone.

• Use a strong, unique password for your hi baji account.
• Do not share your account credentials with anyone else.
• Notify hi baji support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Keep your contact details up to date to ensure smooth account verification.

Account verification may be required before your first withdrawal. Hi baji may request a copy of a government-issued ID, proof of address or proof of payment method. This is a standard process to protect all players on the platform.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

Hi baji supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are credited to your hi baji account balance instantly in most cases. Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status of your account.

• Minimum deposit amount: as displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: as displayed on the withdrawal page at the time of request.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.
• Hi baji does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.

Hi baji reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. This is done to protect players from fraud and to comply with applicable regulations. Funds deposited on hi baji may only be used for gaming purposes and cannot be transferred between accounts.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

Hi baji offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits and game restrictions that are stated at the time the bonus is offered. By claiming any bonus on hi baji, you agree to the specific terms attached to that promotion.

• Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before they can be withdrawn.

• Bonuses are valid for the time period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Hi baji reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

• Attempting to exploit bonus offers through irregular betting patterns will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on hi baji use certified random number generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. Game results are independent, unpredictable and cannot be influenced by the player, hi baji staff or any third party. In the event of a technical fault during a game round, hi baji reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's balance.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the game display and the server result, the server result is final.
• Hi baji is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.
• Game rules for each title are accessible within the game interface itself.

For live casino games, the decisions of the dealer and the platform are final. For sports betting, all results are determined by the official result of the relevant sporting event. Hi baji follows standard industry rules for settling bets in cases of postponement, abandonment or other exceptional circumstances.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hi baji and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and potential legal action:

• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with any part of the hi baji platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches or errors for financial gain.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity through hi baji.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing hi baji staff or other players.

08 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits: set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.

10 Limitation of Liability

• Temporary platform downtime or maintenance periods.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.

In all cases, hi baji's maximum liability to any player shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Termination

Hi baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete verification or inactivity. Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting hi baji support.

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, provided all verification requirements have been met. Accounts closed due to Terms violations may have their balances forfeited.

12 Changes to Terms

Hi baji may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be effective from the date of publication on this page. Your continued use of hi baji after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
